Program overview
Urban Leadership Sprint is a virtual learning program designed to inspire people in urban development to navigate the challenges of today, innovate under pressure and experiment in a safe environment.
Weekly 2.5 hr online INTERACTIVES
Key questions are explored through next-thinking stimulus, real life examples, practical frameworks, peer- to-peer knowledge exchange and guest leading practitioner insights.
Individual and small-group EXPLORATION activities between interactives
Encouraging reflective practice, deepening knowledge and consolidating learning.
‘Learn while affecting change’ through a DESIGN SPRINT
New solutions to cohort defined challenges are developed by Challenge Teams (small cross-system working groups of 5-7 participants) using design thinking and innovation methods.
PITCH your ideas to industry leaders
Challenge Teams present their concepts to industry leaders, with the leading project idea awarded a 12 month Studio THI mentorship.
